Meadowsweet Honey Co. is a small, locally owned apiary outside of Anna, Texas. We're surrounded by rolling prairie that's filled with beautiful wildflowers for most of the year. We do our best to raise our bees naturally. That means we only medicate when there's no other option. Usually, the bees take pretty good care of themselves!

The 2007 honey harvest is in! The rain in the spring and summer made for a small harvest, but what we have is available at TX Anna Shops in Anna. We also brought in yummy honey from southern New Mexico. It's very dark and quite robust in flavor. The nectar comes from saltcedar, tornillo, and mesquite. Give it a try!
